Everything is currently on schedule for being ready for a December 2015 move in. The footings dug and underslab plumbing installed and signed off on. The forms are all up and steel is going in! The contractor is shooting for a Tuesday inspection (April 21st), a (concrete) pour on Wednesday (April 22nd) and starting to 'block' on Thursday (23rd).

NOTE:  For donations to the new house construction please contact the treasurer Cesar Ayon (78th) directly at the information below. He can help set up reoccurring donations, one-time payments, etc...

A quick update on construction of the new house!

    1.  Our $1.6 million , 7,400 square foot, 12 bedroom fraternity house is finally underway.
    2.  A $1,207,000 construction contract with Carroll Construction was signed in late February.
    3.  The contractor has mobilized and construction officially began on March 9, 2015.
    4.  The Chapter House is scheduled to be open late December 2015, in time for the house to be filled by the active brotherhood during the Winter 2016 Quarter.
